Why do you have so many lights?           We wanted to have the best selection in the world.  I use the web for most of my shopping and I always appreciate if all the information is in one place.

Is there tax?           We only collect taxes in Washington.  Sorry Washington, we will give you a break on the shipping though.

Do you do installations?           No we don't. If you call us, we might be able to recommend someone from your area.

Are all your products new or are they refurbished?           We only sell NEW products.

What if I see a price for less?           We do our best to be very competitive with our prices.

Will you keep my information private?           We don't share customer information with anybody.  We might lose track of it too.  So please bookmark our site.

How is your customer service?           We pride ourselves on getting back to you right away.  If you have a problem, we will work with you until it is solved.  We know other suppliers are not doing that because we get e-mails all the time directed mistakenly at us complaining about poor service.  We are unable to help you, if you buy somewhere else.

Can I install my pool lights myself?           You can pick through our website some of the most modern lighting and the latest styles that many local pool contractors and electricians don't have access or haven't been exposed to. We and the manufacturer require you to use a licensed  electrician to wire your lights according to your local codes and for safety reasons.
