Our products are 100% Guaranteed. Should you need to make a return or exchange. Please don't accept delivery of damaged boxes. Only unopened packages can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Opened packages cannot be returned to the manufacturer. Please contact us for instructions and a return authorization number.  Customer pays for all shipping charges both ways.

DAMAGES:

The same policy follows as above except shipping charges will not be accrued for items damaged during shipping. Pool-lights-store.com will do just about anything that we can to help resolve damaged goods problems.
